 ERROR DESCRIPTION:
 There is a documentaion error in the User's Guide to OS/2 V3
 (S83G-8300-00, dated August 23, 1994).
 This is in reference to the Promise IDE Cached Controller. On
 page 175 of the User's Guide, bottom of the page, under the
 section entitled "Promise IDE Cached Controller", the manual
 suggests changing Config.sys from
      "BASEDEV=IBM1S506" to "BASEDEV=IBM1S506/!SYS"
 Point 1: a ".ADD" has been left out of the above. It should
 read
      "BASEDEV=IBM1S506.ADD" and "BASEDEV=IBM1S506.ADD......."
 Point 2: There should also be "/A:0" and "/U:0" parameters in
 this line, as well. So the last line on that page should read,
 in full:
      "BASEDEV=IBM1S506.ADD /A:0 /U:0 /!SMS"
