Procedure

ATI & IBM released new ATI Mach 32 drivers for OS/2 on 5-25-95. Files needed are MACH32P.ZIP and LDF.COM. At this time these drivers are still in a beta version. If you need the drivers now you must call IBM OS/2 Warp technical support at (407) 994-5544.

Installation is somewhat complex, be sure and follow instructions in README.TXT. APAR information taken from README.TXT.

Updated (9th July, 1995)

ATI has release new OS/2 Warp drivers for video cards using the Mach 32 chip. The production level version of these drivers can be obtained by calling ATI customer support at (905) 882-2626. These drivers are free to anyone owning a ATI video card with the Mach 32 chip; however, there are some charges for express shipping. At the current time these driver are NOT available on the ATI BBS or any FTP sites.

I have also been informed that ATI may ask for the BIOS revision level of your card when ordering; however, ATI did not ask me for mine when I ordered. It might be a good idea to have this information available before calling.

The mach32p.zip file I mentioned in my previous update is supposedly a beta version of the current drivers ATI is distributing. Anyone using mach32p.zip should obtain the production level drivers from ATI since they are newer.
