Small Groups At TUC


At TUC, it is our aim to have as many church attenders as possible involved in a small group. These groups, meeting regularly in homes, will become the basic unit of our church life.

The groups are:

Currently, 13 groups with 140 members meet weekly or fortnightly, on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday nights and Sunday afternoon. We are building a network with groups for all ages and stages. Interested in joining a group at TUC? Contact David Cornford.

Studying

Each group Leader, in consultation with the group and the Convenor, decides on a program of study.

In addition, at least once a year, there is a church wide study series. For example:

Leaders

Group Leaders meet monthly to share ideas, pray for each other and build their skills. Our first annual Group Leaders training weekend, "Building Blocks" will be held on 11-13 April 1997.
