CD-ROM drive as slave on secondary IDE controller

Symptoms

OS/2 doesn't recognise the presence of a CD-ROM drive when it is attached as a slave on a secondary IDE controller.

Unknown.

Attach the CD-ROM as a slave on the primary IDE controller.
