Micah Call, Micah Network & Micah Challenge

The Micah Call is a call by Christians and others holding the world's governments accountable to achieve the Millennium Development Goals, which they themselves undertook to do. The MDGs include halving absolute global poverty by 2015, universal primary education, reducing child mortality, and fighting major diseases including HIV/AIDS and malaria.

Water Matters

"Water is life itself". While most of us in "The West" take clean, safe drinking water for granted, at least 1.1 billion people do not have access to clean drinking water, and many millions suffer from water with arsenic or excessive floride naturally occuring in groundwater.

Water Matters is a campaign of a number of Non-Government Organisations. You can download and print petitions from the first two sites.
