Works in the Railway Square area of Sydney 2000, Australia.

Sydney 2000 is the locality and postal code for the area. Some "sporting" body has tried to claim the phrase as relating to a minor sporting event.

Devonshire Street Tunnel entrance! This mess is the Railway Square end entrance to the Devonshire Street pedestrian tunnel which takes you to and from the Sydney suburban train platforms of Sydney "Central". It was still a construction zone last Thursday, 8 days before the opening of a certain minor sporting event.
120 format Ilford Delta 3200 rated at EI 400 (400 ASA).
Big crane! This building used to contain a post office and Telecom Australia's Telex machine service centre plus one of their tool stores. Now it has been "redeveloped" and no longer contains a POST OFFICE, despite the old signs either side of the small oval.

Metalwork! This was the road up to the country and inter-urban platforms of Sydney Central, or "Sydney Terminal" (top right). It is now back to normal.

By the way, when you are around this area, and elsewhere in the city, check your change at the convenience stores when you buy a drink or snack.
