Graham's Classic Cars and Trucks (03 9796 2233 / 0417 610 777) have this October 1981 DeLorean DMC-12 for sale; VIN 4322. This vehicle has only 2,059 original documented miles from new. It is manual with a grey interior. This has always been a collector car. Kept in temperature controlled storage facility its whole life and is like new. The tyres are the original NCT's and are in excellent condition. This is a very original vehicle, however, due to it being a collected car it's whole life it has done a bit of 'sitting around.' The fuel system has been replaced, it has updated relay packs, new spark plugs, and lift struts (the usual stuff). Everything works great on this car and it drives like new.

The DeLorean has been a two-owner car. The original owner lived in Tulsa, OK (where the vehicle was first sold) and bought this car on 23rd December 1981. Graham has the original paperwork from the original sale which is still in mint condition. The owner also kept every newspaper article he saw to do with DMC and John DeLorean and Graham has these which are also in mint condition (there are over 50).

As well as all this, the car comes with all original books, sales brochure and workshop manuals; all mint condition. This is without a doubt the original mileage and can be easily proved.

The second owner purchased the vehicle in 1995 and had it shipped to his place in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was an avid car collector and had a wide range of vehicles in storage. He was downsizing his collection in '07 and had his mechanic help sell the vehicles. Graham bought the DeLorean from him mid last year after a long search for something really nice and original.

Luckily it came here still in pristine condition as Graham bought a race car trailer specifically for the vehicle. Graham had the mechanic load it personally, making sure it was loaded OK and secured correctly. This is a very expensive process but the only way he could guarantee safety. After all, he was dealing with a virtually untouched piece of automotive history.

Graham would confidently say that this is one of the nicest original DeLoreans left in the world. To get anything better you really would need a time machine! The vehicle is located in Melbourne, SE suburbs. Graham is asking $65,000 for the vehicle but are open to reasonable offers. He has a small family business which specialise in low mileage and original vehicles. Graham buy only really nice vehicles as he are extremely picky with his cars.
