Brief talk on lifestyle factors covering benefits of;

How to become aware of your personal stress threshold and ability to prioritise your daily schedule – always allowing personal “time out”
Relaxation exercises using meditation, creative visualization
Three or four facilitated sessions from 20 – 30 mins focusing on breath work
and body/mind awareness, allowing brief time for questions or feedback between
each session.
Relaxing, fun and creative meditations to encourage clarity of mind and goal/project
manifestation. Improve work performance, reduce absenteeism, lessen
anxiety, irritability and improve relationship dynamics in the workplace.
Helps with confidence building, self esteem and improves quality of sleep,
instilling clarity of mind assisting in better decision making.
Meditation to assist with Goal/Project Manifestation along with other specific
meditation exercises that
can be created for your staff's needs.
I recommend weekly sessions to allow everyone to become more confident and
familiar with meditation, this encourages people to bring
it into their daily lives.
Nutrition Consultations
These mini consults allow staff members to learn how making healthy changes with their choice of foods can improve their health and well being, increasing physical energy, improved concentration and strengthening their immunity, which in turn not only enhances their work performance but assists in their personal life also!
Iridology Consultations
15 minute consults which many staff love to experience. Iridology can indicate nutritional imbalance, stress and how it is affecting the person, including digestive/bowel disorders. Can also show if someone is eating too many foods that are contributing to allergic reactions and how the liver is functioning.
Zinc Screening
Staff members partake of a small amount of liquid solution to ascertain any
deficiencies. This test is safe and simple and enables people to make some
easy changes to their choice of foods or take a zinc supplement to improve their
overall levels of zinc if required. Zinc is a very important micro mineral, for
strong immune function, reproductive health, respiratory health, stress, high
cholesterol and diabetes to name a few. Consults are usually scheduled for
15 minutes per person.
Naturopathic Consultations
Short consultations scheduled allowing staff members to receive an overview
of their present health status.
These naturopathic consultations can be scheduled from 20 or 30 mins.
Longer consultations can be arranged.
Majority of consultations I conduct in my practice are 1 to 1½ hours
- usually incorporating a treatment.
Any necessary supplements can be either recommended or mailed out to each
person.
If anyone requires herbal remedies formulating – I can prepare these and
mail also, since quite a number of clients I treat receive herbal remedies.
Bowen Therapy.
Treatments take 1 hour, received fully clothed.
Freeing up tightness in the muscular-skeletal system and assisting with any
repetitive strain injuries – especially those occurring through poor posture
and over use of computer equipment.
Bowen is a non-manipulative bodywork received fully clothed, idea for the work
environment. Also helps in correcting posture, improving digestion,
relaxing the nervous system and stress. Bowen frees up all the Chi energy,
just like acupuncture. Gentle and relaxing to receive.
Private group bookings can be arranged for your own group of friends or
work colleagues. Please contact me to discuss details and time.
If you wish to arrange for a larger group for a weekend workshop over 3 or
4 hours this can also be organised for you.
