I offer you a wide choice of services one of which is a Candle Ceremony you can select which one suits your special needs and if you feel that you would rather contribute towards the service in your own personal way you may write your own ... I am happy to advise and explain the legal aspects and then you can fill in the rest.
I supply my own table, lace cloth and chair for the signing of the Register, so that
everything looks elegant in your photos. I believe that it is these little things that put the personal touch to a wedding no matter how big or small and take your wedding from being an ordinary one to a beautiful ceremony that is a little extra special and different.
Procedure Prior to your Wedding
A visit to arrange your wedding entails a meeting with the celebrant. Allow at least 1 hour for this visit. During this meeting you will complete an Intent to Marry form. This form must be filled out NO LATER than one month plus one calendar day!
You will need to supply proof of identity: any 1 of the following
Passport
Birth Certificate (original or full copy) - Certified
If you have been previously married you will need to supply Final Divorce Papers (Decree Absolute) or Death Certificate.
If any of the above papers are not in English you will need to get them translated into English.
You will be required to pay a lodgement fee on the first visit. Further payment will be discussed depending on your requirements of what is involved ie. Filling out of further papers. Discussions with Immigration Departments. Letters to Embassies, Travel etc...
A standard wedding cost which includes table cloth, chair & P.A differs from Celebrant to Celebrant. I will let you know how much the cost is depending on the choices of ceremony, location and if you need other arrangements made for you, such as arranging the venue of where your wedding will take place. This is payable 2 weeks before the wedding. Any other costs including travel etc.. will be discussed on your first visit.
We also discuss as to what kind of a ceremony you are looking for:
I will supply a table cloth and chair for the signing of the Registar should your wedding be in a garden or park. A P.A is available for larger weddings Also I will assist and advise you on other aspects of your wedding.
